Ulting Wick provides plants for National Garden Scheme’s Chelsea garden

A bed of mixed colour tulips at Ulting Wick gardens in Essex.

This year Philippa Burrough will be helping to supply some of the plants at the Chelsea Flower Show 2024 for the National Garden Scheme garden, designed by Tom Stuart-Smith.

Philippa’s gardens in Essex at Ulting Wick are a blaze of colourful tulips early in the season and then a host of tropical plants, such as canna and banana trees for the summer.
